Payment terms for HVAC services will be communicated at the time of service engagement. All pricing, deposits, and payment schedules will be confirmed in writing or verbally at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on scope of work, parts availability, and other factors that may be assessed on-site. We will communicate any adjustments to you before proceeding with work.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Faithful Heating and Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, your reliance on information provided through the website, or the performance of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider in the State of Iowa.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Iowa.
